These terms set out the agreement between Qubit and the organizations and people who use it. Please read them before using the platform.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. The agreement

These terms form an agreement between Qubit and the organization on whose behalf you use the platform. By creating an account or using Qubit, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

2. The service

Qubit provides a platform for connecting business data sources, loading data into a workspace data warehouse, and analyzing and reporting on that data. The features available may change as the product develops.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Workspace administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the permissions they grant.

4. Your data

The data you connect to Qubit remains yours. You grant us the permissions needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the platform to you, and for no other purpose. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you connect, and for complying with the laws that apply to it.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Connected services

Qubit connects to services operated by third parties, such as advertising platforms and databases. Your use of those services remains governed by your agreements with them, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes they make to their interfaces. When you authorize Qubit to access such a service, you confirm you are entitled to grant that access, and you may withdraw it at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Qubit in breach of any law, or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Upload or connect data you are not permitted to use.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other workspaces, or the systems that host them.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform, including by placing an unreasonable load on it.
  • Reverse engineer the platform, except to the extent that restriction is not permitted by law.
  • Resell or provide the platform to third parties except as agreed with us in writing.

7. Availability

We work to keep Qubit available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, for security reasons, or where we are required to. Features made available for early access or evaluation may change or be withdrawn, and are provided without any commitment as to availability.

8. Fees

Where a paid plan applies, the fees, billing period, and payment terms are those set out in the order or plan you selected. Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise, and taxes are added where applicable. If payment is not made when due, we may suspend access after giving notice.

9. Confidentiality

Each party may receive information from the other that is confidential. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care, use it only for the purpose of this agreement, and disclose it only to those who need it and are bound by similar obligations. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to it, or is required to be disclosed by law.

10. Disclaimers

Qubit is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. Analyses, insights, and other output are provided to support your decisions; you remain responsible for the decisions you take.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amounts paid or payable by you to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Term and termination

You may stop using Qubit and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where the breach is not capable of remedy. On termination your right to use the platform ends, and we will delete or return your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and our obligations change. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Qubit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
